Foundation 4Life: Be Like Bianca

Foundation 4Life: Be Like Bianca
Salt Lake City, UT (April 27, 2024) Thousands of people gathered to memorialize 4Life Founder Bianca Lisonbee’s life of service at 4Life Convention 2024: Vision.

The charity event, which was in collaboration with the Granite Education Foundation, took place at the Salt Palace in Salt Lake City. 4Life employees and Affiliates from around the world completed two projects for school children in the Granite School District.

Participants assembled 2,000 snack kits for the Granite Education Foundation Food Assistance Program. Kits included a 4LifeTransform® Protein Bar, fruit snacks, a granola bar, and a juice box. The snack kits will be distributed through one of the dozens of food pantries around the Salt Lake Valley.

Nearly half of Granite School District’s students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Food scarcity is tied to numerous difficulties that negatively affect memory, attention, and general well-being. To date, the foundation has sent more than 40,000 snack kits to students.

Granite Education Foundation Programs and Volunteer Manager Remi Prince: “These 2,000 snack kits will provide much needed sustenance to so many school kids. We are grateful to Foundation 4Life. Thank you!”

Service participants then moved from snack packs to tying the tassels of 1,500 fleece blankets—the fabric used measured approximately 2,000 yards. The Granite Education Foundation Elementary Santa Sacks Program will give the blankets to children who need a holiday gift. For many children, this will be the only Christmas gift they receive.

Co-Chair of the Elementary Santa Sacks Program Kathy Newton: “The blanket will be accompanied by a hat, gloves, socks, school supplies, and as many toys as we can stuff into the holiday bag. We thank Foundation 4Life and everyone who showed up to participate in this critical event.”

Service participants included 4Life Founder David Lisonbee and President and CEO Danny Lee.

Director of Foundation 4Life Jenna Lisonbee: “What a special moment this is to serve children in need with the 4Life family.”
