At 4Life, leadership is everything, and growth is driven by committed, motivated, and passionate Affiliate leaders. The Leadership Pool is designed to reward people who build, lead, and drive momentum within their team.

How to Participate

Diamond through Bronze Elite Affiliates earn Leadership Pool shares when they enroll at least one Fast Start participant during the month.

Growth Bonus

Affiliates will DOUBLE THEIR SHARES when they increase this quarter’s six-level volume (6LV) by at least 5% compared to the same quarter last year.

Ex: Affiliate had 25,000 LP in 6LV in Q1 2025. Increasing 6LV by 5% Q1 2026 qualifies them for double shares + higher payout. Ex: Affiliate had 25,000 LP in 6LV in Q1 2025. Increasing 6LV by 5% Q1 2026 qualifies them for double shares + higher payout.

How It’s Calculated

Monthly Shares – Affiliates who are paid as Diamond through Bronze Elite and who enroll a new Fast Start participant during the month earn monthly shares in the global pool.

Quarterly Shares – Affiliates will double the monthly shares earned in the quarter when they increase this quarter’s six-level volume (6LV) by at least 5% compared to the same quarter last year. To qualify for this growth bonus, you must have had at least 1,000 LP in each month of that same quarter last year.

Share Value – The value of each share is calculated by dividing the global quarterly LP by the total number of monthly and quarterly shares earned. The estimated share value is about 75€.

Quarterly Payout – Leadership Pool bonuses are paid by the 25th of the month following each quarter—in April, July, October, and January.

You can participate each month when you are paid at the ranks of Diamond through Bronze Elite and enroll at least one new Fast Start participant.
What are the share amounts for each rank?

How do I double my shares in the Leadership Pool?
You double your shares by increasing your six-level volume (6LV) by at least 5% compared to the same quarter of the previous year.
How do I calculate my six-level volume (6LV)?
Six-level volume is calculated the same way as three-level volume (3LV). It includes your personal volume plus the combined volume of your first six levels. The best place to view your 6LV—and how much you need to qualify for the double growth bonus—is the Leadership Pool Report.
What do I need to do to become eligible for the growth bonus?
The Leadership Pool rewards consistency and ongoing growth. To qualify for the growth bonus, an Affiliate must have at least 1,000 LP in each month of the same quarter in the previous year.
Do I need to enroll a new Fast Start participant every month, or can I just enroll three in a quarter?
You must enroll at least one new Fast Start participant each month to participate. Multiple Fast Start enrollments in one month do not carry over to future months.
Is the new Fast Start participant tied to the enroller ID or sponsor ID?
Qualification is based on the enroller ID. The individual may be sponsored (placed) in your organization.
How much is a share in the Leadership Pool worth?
Share value depends on the pool size and number of qualifying participants. The estimated value is $100 USD per share.
How does 4Life define a quarter?
A calendar quarter is a fixed three-month period:
  • Q1: January 1–March 31
  • Q2: April 1–June 30
  • Q3: July 1–September 30
  • Q4: October 1–December 31
When will the Leadership Pool pay out?
Payouts are issued by the 25th of the month following each quarter:

  • Effective January 1, 2026, 4Life implemented the Leadership Pool as a program designed to recognize and reward leadership activities.
  • Affiliates who are paid at the rank of Diamond through Bronze Elite and who enroll a new Fast Start participant will earn shares in this global pool.
  • Share awards: Diamond = 1 share, Diamond Elite = 2 shares, Presidential = 3 shares, Presidential Elite = 4 shares, Bronze = 5 shares, and Bronze Elite = 6 shares.
  • Shares are calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
  • Participation is based on an Affiliate’s monthly paid-as rank, not their highest achieved rank.
  • A new Fast Start participant is a new signup who either purchases a Fast Start Pack or generates at least 400 LP in one of their first three months. Sponsor placement in the organization is allowed.
  • Leaders will double their shares when they increase their six-level volume (6LV) by at least 5% compared to the same quarter of the previous year. This is called the growth bonus.
  • Six-level volume (6LV) is calculated the same way as three-level volume (3LV) and includes your total personal volume plus the combined volume of your first six levels without compression.
  • To be eligible for the growth bonus, an Affiliate must have generated at least 1,000 LP in each of the three months in the same quarter of the prior year.
  • A calendar quarter consists of fixed three-month periods: Q1 (January 1–March 31), Q2 (April 1–June 30), Q3 (July 1–September 30), and Q4 (October 1–December 31).
  • Leadership Pool payouts are issued on the following date each quarter: Q1 by April 25, Q2 by July 25, Q3 by October 25, and Q4 by January 25.
  • The share value is determined by the pool size and the number of qualifying participants. The maximum share value is $1,250, with an estimated share value of approximately $100 USD.
  • Most markets and Emerging Markets are participating in the Leadership Pool, though some markets may experience delays due to local registration requirements. Check with your local office for confirmation.
  • 4Life reserves the right to rescind earnings or suspend participation in cases of program manipulation.
  • If a Fast Start participant(s) is removed from the program due to a product return, the enroller will lose eligibility for that month’s shares.
  • All bonuses will be awarded as stated. Bonus values constitute taxable income, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant.
  • 4Life reserves the right to interpret or modify the rules and bonuses at any time. All 4Life decisions are final.
  • Participants must be 4Life Affiliates in good standing and in compliance with all Policies and Procedures to qualify for the Leadership Pool.
